Citizens are able to call the Ministry of Health directly through the ‘ALO SABİM 184’ service in order to express their appreciation, complaints, suggestions and opinions about health services.

The ‘ALO SABİM 184’ service, which provides citizens the ability to directly contact the Ministry of Health, is opened. Citizens express their complaints, suggestions and opinions about health services. SABİM (Contact Center of the Ministry of Health) is called approximately 6,500 times a day.
